Therefore, we have created a straightforward guide for users interested in using our app. To determine if your printer is compatible with the app, you should focus on two key factors below.
300 DPI and Above
Our app allows you to print at 300 DPI (dots per inch) and higher, ensuring that your prints are clear and sharp. If you print below 300 DPI, your labels may appear blurry.
PDF Printing
The printer you're using should support PDF printing. However, if the printer can only function with built-in software and doesn't allow you to print PDFs, then it won't be compatible with the app.
